Notice is given that a Special meeting of the board of directors of the
Sonora Industrial Development Corporation will be held at 5:00 PM, Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at the Sutton County Civic Center located at 1700 N. Crockett Avenue, Sonora, Texas. At the posted date and time the following subjects will be discussed, to wit:
AdventGX, an economic development consulting firm, will make a presentation to inform the public about the upcoming SIDC economic development initiative. The presentation agenda follows:

3. Process Overview
4. Participation of Residents and Stakeholders

7. Question and Answer session
I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of the above named corporation is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice at City Hall in Sonora, Texas and on the SIDC website www.sonorainddev.com .
