Notice of the Regular Meeting of the Governing Body of the
Sonora Industrial Development Corp.
Notice is given that the Regular meeting of the board of directors of the
Sonora Industrial Development Corporation will be held at 11:30 AM, Monday, June 4, 2007 at the SIDC office. The SIDC office is located at 120 N. Concho Ave., Sonora, Texas. At the posted date and time the following subjects will be discussed and acted upon, to wit:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Approve the May 9, 2007 meeting minutes.
4. Approve the February 27, 2007 special meeting minutes.
5. Approve the March 28, 2007 special meeting minutes.
6. Approve the April 13, 2007 special meeting minutes.
7. Approve the May 21, 2007 special meeting minutes.
8. Approve the monthly bills for May 2007.
9. Approve the SIDC financial report for May 2007.
10. Approve the SIDC financial report for April 2007.
11. Approve the SIDC financial report for March 2007.
12. Approve the second quarter FY 2007 SIDC Quarterly Report.
13. Consider the monthly SIDC Ongoing Project Report.
14. Consider the monthly SIDC Special Grants Report.
15. SIDC Office Report.
16. Transportation Report.
17. Strategic Planning Update re: AdventGX consulting firm.
18. Public Comments.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of the above named corporation is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice at City Hall in Sonora, Texas. The City Hall of Sonora, Texas being a convenient and readily accessible location to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted NLT June 1, 2007 by 11:30 AM and to remain so posted continuously for 72 hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting.
